While tidying up the loft one wet Saturday afternoon I came across a box of old 7"
singles that have been gathering dust (and bat droppings) for over 25 years. Since
I no longer own a record player (and am never likely to again) my As the old saying goes 'You can't make an omelette without cracking eggs' and in that spirit I present here my 'record breaking' shenanigans.

first instinct
was to dump the lot but I just couldn't do it. I started to go through the box and
found that the titles stirred memories of my younger days. So, not being one for
waste and with a strong desire to preserve my memories I decided to reform them into
useful household objects.|
